Problem

Marketing and website teams often spend large amounts of time exporting data, interpreting it, preparing content and repeating the same operational steps.

Context

These workflows were developed through day-to-day marketing operations and experimentation. They support human decisions rather than replacing them.

What I owned

  • Identified repetitive or slow work that could benefit from AI assistance.
  • Designed and tested workflows for content creation, analytics, website-data analysis and technical troubleshooting.
  • Used coding agents to prototype solutions without pretending to be a software engineer.
  • Introduced repeatable ways of working rather than relying only on one-off prompts.

  • Exported and structured website or marketing data before asking AI tools to analyse it.
  • Used ChatGPT and Claude for analysis, drafting and workflow design.
